I can't recommend Zoey place enough! I stayed in her basement apartment for 6 months, and it was one of the best renting experiences I've had. The apartment was clean, cozy, just as pictured, and Zoey was always quick to respond if I ever had a question. Beyond being a great host, she's an incredibly thoughtful person. She always made me feel welcome while still respecting my space. It's the little acts of kindness that made such a difference and made the stay feel even more like home. Thank you, Zoey, for making the past 6 months such a positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend your place to anyone.

This cute little basement studio is the perfect rental for a single person traveling. Zoey, the owner is so nice and accommodating. If you get a contract at UNMC its a beautiful 10-12 minute walk through the neighborhood and its so close to all the necessities for groceries, gas, bars, and restaurants.
