Many Red Flags

This landlord didn't want to sign a contract & his only method of payment was cash. I initially inquired if he had a bank account to send funds & he mentioned he's been in the business for 30+ years. Upon the day of checking out, I was met w/ an agitated landlord. He storms into the house screaming stating that the apartment wasn't clean. I stated to him that it is clean & he screams "bullshit". He then sees a gnat on the wall & smears it to tell me that he wants me to clean it. He begins to yell about the mopped floors. He then goes to the stove & starts yelling. I mentioned to him that I spent hours cleaning. He then tells me that "it's full of shit". He then threatens to take my deposit if I don't agree to cleaning more. He then starts going to the cracks of the wall & starts making up things. He took 2 $100 bills & threw it on the table. He continues screaming & storms out. I gave him the keys after he stormed out the unit. Very unprofessional ! Id give a rating of less than 1.
