12 South Two Bedroom With Wine & Whisky Grotto

Highly Recomend!

I had the opportunity to spend the summer in Nashville and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The house is in an excellent location, with easy access to 12 South, Edgehill, and the Belmont and Vanderbilt campuses. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was equally well maintained. All of the amenities were modern, in great condition, and easy to use. Street parking was also very convenient. Mark is a gracious host who made the entire move-in process easy. It was enjoyable chatting with him throughout my stay, and he struck a great balance between being friendly and respecting my privacy. He set aside plenty of refrigerator and pantry space for groceries and gave full access to the kitchen, outdoor grill, and cooking utensils. One of my favorite parts of staying here was enjoying meals on the back patio during the warm summer evenings. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Nashville.

Great host and great location!

I had a great experience staying with Mark this summer. Everything was very seamless and easy, which made settling in and feeling at home a lot easier. Mark is a genuinely great guy. He's friendly, welcoming, and fun to hang out with, but he also does a great job of respecting your privacy and giving you space when you need to work or have some downtime. The house itself is nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. There were modern appliances and kitchen supplies which made meal-prepping easy. I especially appreciated how easy it was to live here without feeling like I was imposing or constantly having to coordinate things. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend staying with Mark to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great host. I would happily stay here again.
