Spacious room in South Phoenix

Best experience ever!

I worked as a travel nurse and stayed with Wairimu while I was in Phoenix and it was by far the most lovely experience ever. The home itself is super clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. There is access to a lot of grocery stores and shopping nearby. She does VERY well maintaining her home. AC always worked beautifully, no electrical, plumbing, or WiFi issues. She also has pest control come in and spray her home routinely so you will not see a SINGLE bug in that house. She graciously allowed me access to park in her garage, gave me a house key to come and go as I please. Had my private bathroom and bedroom which are on opposite sides of the house as her master bedroom so you get a bit of privacy. Wai as a renter was always so kind, fun to talk to, very understanding, and always willing to listen and work with you if you needed help with things. She always went above and beyond for me, and made me feel safe and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home :)

Perfection

I rented a room in Wairimu K. home in the South Phoenix Arizona area. The experience of the neighborhood, house and Hostess with the most was beautiful. I cry some days thinking how everything worked out from December through February 28 at $1,000 per month. I had never rented a room before. Everything went well.
