Excellent Small Studio in Venice!

I stayed here for a month sight unseen and was very happy with everything. Heidi was wonderful to work with and put me at ease about renting without seeing it first and even sending a deposit in advance. She was very responsive about some very minor issues that were corrected immediately. The apartment is adorable, very comfortable, and sparkling clean. The backyard is lovely and the washer/dryer is wonderful to have. Location is very walkable, I only had a car for one weekend out if my stay, and street parking was no issue. I was a bit concerned about no A/C being from the east coast, but even with a heat wave the ceiling fan did the trick. I will definitely stay here again when I am next in LA.

Great stay near Venice Beach

The location is perfect, within walking distance to Whole Foods and Venice Beach. The place has been recently renovated, so everything feels modern and new. Heidi was also extremely helpful and responsive. Since it was newly renovated, there were a few small details we needed to sort out at first, but Heidi was always available to communicate and made everything very easy. Enjoyed staying here so much!

Im a travel nurse who stayed in Unit D. The place was comfortable, always cool and quiet during the day (I work at night) and I was extremely happy with my choice. The building itself has a lot of attention and care put into it and in my opinion I got very lucky since I didnt get to see it beforehand. Looked just like the pictures, plus many more little thoughtful details not even reflected in the photos. I was concerned about street parking only, but was relieved to find that, as Heidi the manager assured me there were always spots available, usually right out front. If I return I will definitely stay again or maybe try out one of the other units in the building that also looked appealing depending on dates.

A perfect Venice find

I was looking for a place on Furnished Finder for weeks and the Flower Unit G was the one I absolutely loved instantly! It looked exactly like the photos - bright, cozy and really so well put together. The area where its located is super peaceful and I felt safe the whole time which was super important to me! But equally, there is so much going on in the area and its located close to everything, restaurants, shops and the beach. I dont drive so I was happy that I could walk everywhere! Working with Heidi was a bonus, she is organized and straightforward, friendly and understanding and she was there to answer all my questions. The whole experience was easy and smooth.. and I actually ended up extending twice!
