Sunny Quiet Pet-Friendly 2BR/1BA ADU Near SF and Airport

Excellent stay experience

Stayed over the summer as an intern and I loved it! The place is clean, spacious, and well furnished. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to restaurants. Duc is also very friendly, helping us recommend food places and quick to respond to any questions about our stay.

Great place to stay

I stayed here for my summer internship and it was great. The place is clean, quiet, spacious, and provides everything you need for a nice place to stay. Location is great even without a car, close to downtown restaurants and the Caltrain for transportation into SF or south. Duc is very welcoming and extremely fast with any requests. Would recommend if you're planning to stay around the area.

A wonderful and quiet gem

I had the opportunity to stay at Duc and Rene's casita for about 9 months during my work-assignment alongside my husband, 2 cats, and 1 senior dog. I called it a casita because it really does feel like a mini-house with a lot of natural light, an open living area, kitchen, bathroom, 2 spacious bedrooms + closet space in addition to the surrounding neighborhood being very family-oriented and quiet. I love the location being in South SF where you can easily walk two blocks to the downtown with local eateries, cafes, a gym or you can easily access surrounding areas like Burlingame, the South Bay, SF-proper, and the beautiful coast. Duc and Rene were immensely kind, welcoming, efficient with any questions or needs and highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!

Modern, clean and spacious

I stayed here for a few months during a travel contract with my pup! Ive stayed at a lot of FF rentals but this one truly has everything you need! Multiple changes of bedding, efficient washer and dryer and well stocked kitchen. Both rooms were so spacious and the natural light in the kitchen made every morning cheery. Duc and his wife are so friendly and have excellent communication. Everything was professional and quick. The location is the BEST , so close to so many restaurants and easy freeway access. Sign hill for a quick hike is also a short walk away and my dog and I did it often. Better weather too than most parts of SSF! Could not have asked for a better stay!
