As a woman renting solo, I couldn't have asked for a better setup. The master bedroom is stylish and comfortable, with a dreamy mattress, private en-suite bath, and walk-in closet. Being tucked in its own wing of the house gave me complete privacy and peace of mind. The kitchen arrangement — my own cabinet and fridge space — made daily life so easy. But the backyard is the real highlight: a gorgeous patio with a fire pit, smart TV, soundbar, AND an infrared sauna and cold plunge. Truly resort-level amenities. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, just a mile from Downtown Phoenix. The two cats are sweet and respectfully kept out of your space unless you invite them in. Highly recommend — especially for women looking for privacy, comfort, and wellness perks!

Mike was a fantastic host. The home was clean and inviting. The home is centrally located for all things you want to do downtown. Minutes from Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix and St. Joseph. He is knowledgeable about the area and very easy going. I would recommend his home to anyone.
