Solid place to stay

Rich and Lori are incredibly nice people (even invited me to their familys thanksgiving dinner) and I really had no issues with my stay minus 2 things: 1.) you are unable to control the thermostat in the place and it stays right around 60F (ranges from 59-63F). This is a little too cold for my liking. 2.) I only received $30 back from my $300 security deposit which is my biggest complaint. Granted, I didnt completely clean every single appliance, floor, and countertop, but it was far from messy and I do not think warranted $270 of cleaning fees. I could have understood maybe around $150 for bathrooms and stuff but it felt a little steep.
