This Victorian style home is nestled in the mountains, near valley view hospital, a school, parks and walking trails. Its 20 minutes away from sunlight Mountain, an hour away from Aspen/Vail and 10 from iron mountain hots springs. We are looking for an animal lover as there is cats and dogs on property!

This spacious bedroom is located in the basement of our single family home and you have the whole level to yourself! The room has a very comfortable Casper mattress and a full bathroom. The shared washer/dryer for the house is in the closet in your bathroom. We also have a minifridge downstairs for your convenience

Great stay
I had such a great experience staying here for a little over three months. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle in to. The hosts were awesome—very responsive, easygoing, and respectful, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Very convenient location with plenty to do and see nearby. Their pets are also very sweet and friendly! I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend!!
