Absolutely loved this beautiful, new detached 1200 sq ft ADU! It feels like a true private home away from home—spacious, modern, and super quiet with its own separate entrance. The central location is perfect, with easy access to UCSD, major hospitals, and the beaches. Everything was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and comfortable. Smart TV's in every room. High end appliances. Quartz counters. You can arrive with suitcases and not even need a trip to Vons. Full stack Full Furnished! Highly recommend for anyone needing a great furnished oasis in San Diego!

Beautiful!

We loved staying here! Tenny and Neil, the owners, are such a wonderful couple. They were welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. They really made us feel at home. The ADU is gorgeous and clearly had a lot of love put into it. It IS as beautiful as the pictures shown on the Furnished Finder listing. Beautiful, quiet, private, and central to everything. My husband is a clean freak, and he couldn’t say enough about how spotless the unit was. If you’re looking for the perfect place to spend your time in SD, this is the place!

Highly recommend! Perfect spot for nurses

Neil and Tenny are the absolute BEST! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at their beautiful ADU. As a night shift nurse, I appreciated the quiet neighborhood with minimal noise during daytime hours, privacy (the ADU is fully fenced with no connection to the main house and no visibility to next door neighbors), air-conditioning during hot summer days, and an easy parking situation. The unit itself is almost brand new, and Neil and Tenny provided everything we could have needed to make our stay easy. They are truly amazing landlords, and I'm so grateful for the time I got to spend here!

Best landlords and beautiful home

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience living here. Most importantly how great the landlords are. Tenny and Neil are the kindest, warmest, respectful and amazing landlords anyone could have. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and feel at home. I wish every landlord were like them. Second the unit is absolutely beautiful. So much thought was put into creating such a great space. It is private, quiet, safe and clean. Everything you could want in a furnished place especially for nurses. Plenty of street parking and central to everything. I am sad to leave but highly reccomend this place!
