Lovely Little Rock rental with caring owner

Stayed here for two months and had a great experience start to finish. When you're somewhere that long, the little things matter... and this place held up throughout. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential. Nice for walking, with neighbors out and about, though you'll want a car since most things are a 5-minute drive away. The location worked out really well for getting around the city. The home is clean, spacious, and clearly well cared for. The owner takes real pride in the property... the upkeep and attention to detail go above and beyond what you typically see in a rental. It's the kind of place where very little feels neglected, and that makes a big difference on a long stay. The owner was also exceptionally easy to communicate with. Responses came quickly and any issues were handled with fast, practical solutions. Would absolutely stay here again.
