Made false claims and tried to evict me 2 days before christmas!!

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. I entered on a month-to-month lease, paid my first months rent, and moved in on the date of payment. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my safety concerns were taken seriously during my stay, especially regarding issues with a roommate. When I reached out for help, the landlords responses felt dismissive and unprofessional. I eventually consulted with my attorney to ensure I could leave the property safely and with minimal issues. After I moved out, the landlord attempted to post statements about me that I believe were inaccurate and unprofessional, which was very upsetting. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental based on my experience. Communication, professionalism, and respect for tenants safety are areas that need major improvement.
