Neighborhood overview
Quiet street in a well kept 1970's neighborhood. We don't get a lot of traffic, which is nice. Kendrick Lake Park is a 10 minute walk from the house, which is a great place to walk the dog, run, stroll to the bakery 'a taste of Denmark'. Green Gables Park is around the corner, a little smaller but still nice. King Soopers is a 3 minute drive.

The best studio find in denver!!!
Christophe and Kristina are incredible landlords! They are friendly, accommodating, and their dog is so so cute! The place was clean and newly remodeled with very thoughtful touches like bluetooth lighting in the shower and great decor. The area is great, I would stay here a thousand times over. Seriously have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, thanks Christophe and Kristina!!! <3

Can't Recommend Enough
Not only is the place great but Christophe and Kristina made it even better. From move-in to move-out they were great, communication was clear, place was clean and has everything you need. You won't find a nicer studio with a backyard in such a nice neighborhood for the price. Very walkable to Kendrick lake. Easy access to downtown, the mountains and red rocks. 10/10 would stay there again.
