Great rental for travel nurses

I rented this unit for a few months during a transition period while living in St. Louis. I was a perm RN at Barnes for many years so I'm fairly familiar with the neighborhoods in St. Louis. Definitely one of the most walkable and safe neighborhoods in the city. Located in a great spot, very quick 10ish minute drive to either Barnes or SLU (the two level 1 academic centers in the city). Clean, modern, great natural light, and washer/dryer with tons of extra storage space if needed in the unfinished basement. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the unit. It also has it's own dedicated parking space which is great. Walking distance from grocery, YMCA and Tower Grove Park and close to South Grand. Walt is fantastic to rent from. Very responsive and easy to get in contact with. No issues at all while renting and move in/out was easy and smooth. One of the best options for a rental in the city. Definitely one of the most trustworthy people I have rented from. Overall great experience.

Gem in a great neighborhood

Travel nurse here. This place is just perfect. Private Loft home with parking right outside the door. Everything you will to be comfortable away from home. Mr Walt is very responsive and helpful. I will stay again if available when I return to St. Louis.

great place for travel RN or anyone

this place is great! offers everything you need and in a safe neighborhood. very close to local hospitals and with a convenient little driveway right infront of the cottage for safe off street parking. walt is very helpful and responsive. i am a travel nurse and stayed here on assignment at barnes. no complaints, would come back!
