Unsafe neighborhood

Stayed there for a couple months and a package was stolen from the porch then in a 24 hr period, 3 attempts were made to get into the backdoor. Not to mention all the leaves in the yard that covered all the dog feces from the previous tenant that I stepped in, several times. There are ppl walking up and down the street at all hours, block parties and groups of ppl drinking on the street. Very noisy, loud music and not safe.
