I stayed here for a month and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Checking in was smooth, the house itself was impeccable, and I immediately felt comfy cozy. The room was spacious, there was plenty of storage, and having my own bathroom was luxurious. I was able to do laundry, use the kitchen, and go up on the rooftop at any time with no issues whatsoever. The location is also incredibly convenient - easy access to any part of the city, plus a bunch of great coffee shops and restaurants all around! Arnelle herself is truly one of a kind: super sweet, on top of things, respectful, and overall such a genuine, lovely person. :) I felt safe and at ease the entire time. 10/10 experience and I’d happily come back anytime!

Felt Like Home from Day One

I stayed here for four months and honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. The home is spotless, modern, and has every thoughtful touch you could want. My room was spacious with plenty of storage, and having a private bathroom made it feel like my own little apartment. The location was super convenient: close to Center City, Temple Hospital, and all the great restaurants and coffee shops in Fishtown and NoLibs. Arnelle was incredibly kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. You can tell she truly cares about making sure tenants are comfortable. Everything the other reviews mentioned about cleanliness, comfort, and peace of mind is 100% true. I felt safe, at home, and well taken care of the entire time. If youre considering this place, dont hesitate! Its one of those rare finds where the experience is even better than the pictures. Id stay here again in a heartbeat!

Philly stay

Arnelle has been a breath of fresh in an endless abyss of landlords just looking to take your money for bare minimum sub par services. From cleanliness, to the easy access to most amenities, and the general warmth and comfort it has met all my needs. she has made staying here for work the last few months the best part of my travel assignment and if you are in the area for work I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic space and roommates

I stayed at this property for a month, and it was fantastic! The room is large with lots of storage space. There is a parking out front and it is conveniently located to access the bus into center city and get on the highway. The amenities are top notch, the space is clean, and the landlord is incredibly thoughtful. All in all - great experience!

Loved my stay here!

I stayed at this property last year for a month, and it couldnt have gone any better! The home is very clean and well maintained. My roommates were very respectful and kind. The bathroom felt so luxurious - the water pressure in the shower was perfect and the mirror light was a bonus for getting ready in the mornings. The house is so close to a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops in fishtown and nolibs. Would highly recommend anyone stay here.
