This charming cottage has a clean and cozy vibe. There is a lot of outdoor space including front porch, back deck and expansive yard. The location is unbeatable and in walking distance to downtown, lake, and midtown. Across the street is City Park and the centennial trail where you can easily hop on and get to riverstone.

Charming 1920's cottage update, clean and modern. Utilities and wifi included. Tenant pays gas/electric. Original wood floors, large backyard with deck, and fish pond. The cottage is most ideal for a single person, although could fit a minimalistic couple as well. I'm sorry we do not allow pets due to operating as an airbnb during the summer and keeping the cottage as clean as possible.
