Garage, Fully equipped kitchen, I maintain my hot tub well so you can use that as well. Its a jack and Jill bedroom and bathrooms on the upper level. There is also a living room downstairs and a washer and dryer. There is plenty of space. I do allow pets as I have a big back yard but animals that bark or are not house trained cant be accommodated.
