3-Month Stay
We just wrapped up a wonderful three-month stay here. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, and family-friendly home base in the Goodyear area, this is a great choice. Location: 5/5 - On the outskirts of Goodyear in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Fantastic walking trails nearby and a great park with a splash pad. Nearby Safeway and pizza spot. Space & Comfort: 4.5/5 - Spacious with a great layout. The HVAC system is excellent and kept the entire home perfectly cool during the intense May/June summer heat. Cleanliness: 3.5/5 - Generally in decent shape, though it could have used a deeper clean prior to check-in. Communication: 4/5 - Responsive owners and easy to work with. Family & Kid Friendliness: 5/5 - Ideal if you are traveling with children. Wi-Fi & Amenities: 4/5 - Reliable internet; well-equipped, though kitchen drawers were a bit overflowing and need organization. Great value and a good stay, thanks!
