Lovely stay

This property is the upper story of a 2 story home, located on the Mesa, for those of you familiar with Santa Barbara, it is literally a 5-10 minute drive away from everything, and many services, like stores and restaurants, are within walking distance, as is the beach. The unit is bright and airy, the windows are new, which is great because there is nothing like letting in the fresh morning and evening breezes. The house itself is thoughtfully equipped with items you'd expect, as well as some unexpected but handy items you may have forgotten to pack... The house has a separate front yard, with a seating area, as well as a place to store some of your outdoor gear safely. Upstairs there is also a large deck. The living room, as well as both bedrooms, have doors that open to it. Even the neighbors were nice! Heather is pleasant and professional, and responded to any inquiries quickly and competently. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone I know.

Excellent location on the mesa

We really enjoyed our 5 month stay in Heather's beautiful upstairs condo. It was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable with high quality bedding. The location is unbeatable...walkable to Elings Park, Mesa steps, and Douglas Preserve. The grocery store, Starbucks, and several restaurants are a few blocks away. We highly recommend this property for anyone needing a comfortable, well-located rental.
