Fantastic house

I stayed at this home for two months and enjoyed it very much. The owner is a great guy who has meticulously maintained the property throughout the years. It's has a relaxing and beautiful backyard and pool and spa. My dogs enjoyed swimming and basking in the sun! Inside is very cozy and comfortable. The location is in a great neighborhood and located 15 minutes to anywhere! I will recommend this spot to anyone who asks. Jeff the owner was great to work with and is responsive to any of your needs/requests.

Excellent Landlord and Living Experience

I had a truly great experience renting from Jeff P. From the start, he was responsive, professional and genuinely cared about making sure his property was well maintained and a comfortable environment. Any time repair was needed, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The property itself was clean, well kept and in a great location. The property is located close to SDSU, Lake Murray and Snapdragon Stadium. It is also near major highways so you can timely drive downtown, to northern counties (Scripps Ranch, Del Mar, La Jolla areas) or the local beaches (Pacific, Mission Beach or Mission Bay) within a short timeframe (15-20 minutes). What stood out the most was how respectful and communicative he was, always easy to reach and very fair. He went well above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, which made my time at the property stress-free and very enjoyable. I highly recommend renting from Jeff P. He set a high standard for what a great landlord should be?
