Your studio is supremely quiet in the back of the property. It has black out blinds for shift workers, and all of my night shift nurses have done well there.
Its just myself and my dog who live here, aside from you, and he is well behaved and will leave you alone.
Just at the end of the block is Bernal Hill, famous for its dog park, owls and panoramic views of the entire bay.

Awesome place
I stayed here for 20 months and had a great experience. Very private and quiet which is great for night shift nurse. Room darkening shades and sky light. Queen bed (very comfortable), apartment size fridge. Very cute neighborhood with restruant, bars, grocery, etc. I always found parking. It is on a steep hill but nothing negative on this review. Landlord is very accommodating.
