Great place to stay

I had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend it. As a student from California working as a NASA intern at KSC, the location was perfect. It was only about a 20 minute drive to KSC, and grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials were all just a few minutes away. Margarita was an excellent landlord. She was very responsive, made the check in process incredibly easy, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I never had any issues during the entire time I lived here. The house was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials and other everyday amenities, so I didn't have to worry about buying much after moving in. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my internship.

Perfect short term stay

Apartment is newly renovated with new appliances which are very nice! You can tell there was real effort in making the place not just a place to stay but a comfortable home. Margarita was always easy to reach which was also nice! The apartment is connected to the main house but you have a private entrance and Margarita is a quiet neighbor :)
