Perfect Stay

This was the absolute perfect place for me during a 7-month stay in Davidson! I needed a short-term furnished rental for me and my two dogs, and this exceeded all expectations I had! The apartment is cozy and comfortable, offering everything you'd need. It is in a PRIME location, being able to walk to downtown, the college, the grocery store or any of the parks and trails Davidson has to offer. Mary is an amazing landlord who is generous and responsive, checking in to always made sure my stay was pleasant. Anytime something came up that needed fixing, Mary took care of it within 48 hours. She is very responsive and welcoming, so anything I needed (even a walking recommendation!) she offered so nicely! I have nothing but good things to say about my stay and of this apartment.

Studio Apartment Close to Downtown Davidson and Davidson College

Fortunately, we found this studio apartment as a 3 month interim residence between selling our old house and moving into our new one. It was clean and had everything we needed, so it served our purpose well. It's located in a safe, quaint neighborhood convenient to shopping and restaurants and accessible to a major highway (Rte, I-77). Mary was a wonderful hostess, very accommodating and available, yet respectful of our privacy. We were very pleased with our stay.
