Wonderful Stay
We had a fantastic experience staying here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfect for our needs. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The neighborhood was great as well-close to the lake, convenient to the freeway, and perfect for daily walks. Since the apartment is located below the main house, guests should expect some normal sounds from upstairs, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We are very grateful to the hosts and would recommend this rental to future guests.

Perfect place
This unit was perfect in all ways. The space is well designed and felt very ample, even with my two big dogs. It's cute, functional, and the yard is a great bonus. Cuong was a perfect landlord... very responsive and accommodating but also gave me space and privacy. The location is great, easy access to 405, downtown Renton, and a cute little coffee/wine bar is within walking distance. The unit and neighborhood are very quiet. It's difficult to find places that allow dogs and I'm grateful that I found this gem and that my dogs and I got to enjoy it. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would certainly return.
