safe, cozy, close to hospital

I really enjoyed my stay with Jenny from the end of September until the beginning of December. Jenny was very welcoming and accommodating to both me and my little dog. The house is cozy and clean. The neighborhood is safe and pretty. I walked my dog many times late at night or early in the morning and never felt unsafe doing so. I worked night shifts and had no trouble sleeping during the day. The drive to the hospital is 11 minutes. I definitely would stay here again if I ever were back in Wilmington.

I had a great stay here. Jenny was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating to both me and my little dog. I worked nights and had no issues with sleeping during the day. The neighborhood is also very nice and walkable, and I enjoyed walking my dog all around. This address is 11 minutes from the hospital, so it is a quick drive to get to work, if you are a traveler working at New Hanover. Penny the cat was also very sweet and she came to like my dog in her own way, which was cute. I would definitely stay here again if I ever traveled back to Wilmington!

Short, but sweet stay!

I had the pleasure to stay with Jenny for a little over a month and I was so glad I chose her place. She is extremely kind, caring, and generous. Her cat, Penny, has been super affectionate as well lol! The space is cozy and comforting. Super close to everything! Wish my stay couldve been longer. Thank you for everything Jenny!
