DONT RENT THIS PLACE

This was a total nightmare from the start!! I walked in the sliding glass door, there was no way to lock it from the inside. She had a plastic thing that didn't secure it and left a 2 inch opening. Anyone could have gotten in. I went and bought a tension rod to fit and have it somewhat secure when I was inside. the bed is clearly on the floor, bedspread was ripped, the was no eating utensils or cooking utensils frying pan or toaster. I had to buy all of these things. No dish towel or bath towels except beach towels. So I bought my own bath towels and a shower curtain liner. The table was falling apart and the two chairs the backs came off. There was no kitchen sink in the kitchen. I had to wash my dishes in the laundry room and that sink was clogged and never drained. She was told about all of the above. I left the place cleaner than when I got there and she still hasn't returned my deposit. I never actually got to meet Maria, her daughter was the one that came around.
