This home is part of a triplex, however it looks like one home from the street; there is a unit above and behind this one. This is the biggest unit of the three and has dedicated parking and all of the outdoor space. The only thing shared between the spaces is the wifi, which is more than capable of handling the entire house. The other two units are short term rentals and are vacant about 20-30% of the time.
