From start to finish, John was extremely responsive and readily available whenever we needed assistance. On the rare occasion something needed a touch-up or replacement, John made sure it was taken care of by the next day. The place was spacious and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Zero complaints!

One of the kindest landlords I could have asked for. Every interaction was friendly and respectful, and anything I needed was handled without a fuss. The property is beautiful and clearly well cared for. All around, a great experience - I'd recommend renting here to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was incredibly cute, cozy, and comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect too, centrally located and close to everything we needed, which made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. What really made the experience exceptional was the landlord. John was kind, responsive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place!

My 2 roommates and I have loved this house for the past 9 months. We all moved from different parts of the country with just our cars and this was the perfect place for us. We had everything we needed from day 1 from the kitchen appliances to the comfy furniture. John has been such a good landlord. He’s always come over to fix things and answer our questions. He genuinely cares! This home has been such a blessing to us and we are sad to say goodbye.
