Great Stay!

I stayed here for five weeks during my medical school rotation at Mount Sinai Hospital. I’m very glad I booked this place. The location was perfect—just six minutes from the hospital with easy access to anywhere in the city. The neighborhood also felt safe. Parking was never an issue, which was such a relief. The home was also beautifully decorated and made for a comfortable stay. Miguel was a great landlord. He was responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. My roommates were kind, respectful, and easy to live with, which made the experience even better. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay on Furnished Finder

Could not have asked for a better experience for the month. Place is amazing - newly renovated with very nice kitchen appliances, fridge, washer and dryer, huge bathroom, you name it. There are also outdoor patios with couches on the main and upper floor with great views when the weather is good. If you also happen to pursue work in the Illinois Medical District the 20 minute walk was actually really nice (got all those steps in for the day). Miguel is far & away the best landlord I've had the pleasure of renting with. He is so kind and extremely responsive to any request the renters may have - literally got things taken care of same day or next day. This was a 10/10 and I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area. Highly suggest reaching out if you are interested.

Stay on Lexington

I had a wonderful time at this rental! Miguel and his sister are extremely kind and friendly people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. I was in a last minute bind and Miguel was able to find out a situation that worked for us both. The room is brand new the apartment is all renovated. The laundry is in unit, clean, and new machines free to use. The outdoor areas were my favorite part for sitting and relaxing to watch the sun go down. I felt very safe because the tenants were all women and they made sure it was comfortable and safe for everyone involved. There is an individual lock on the door as well which sold the place for me. The kitchen has some appliances and dish-ware that are open for use. Refrigerator is very spacious, the shared areas are chic with a lovely spacious couch and dining table and the bathroom was clean, kept, and sleek. I would 100% stay here again if I was ever in need. Welcoming space close to the city!

Living here has been such a pleasant experience! The location is amazing, just 8 minutes from downtown Chicago. The house is beautifully kept, and the atmosphere is always respectful and peaceful. I specially love the 2 decks where I can relax or work out. The owner truly cares about making everyone feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Well-furnished for a short or long-term stay!

The place is exactly like the pictures! Well-furnished with great sunlight and cozy vibes. I felt right at home and incredibly safe, especially with the keypads per room. The in-unit laundry was a big plus, and the kitchen also has everything you might need to cook. As someone without a car, the location was optimal with a quick walk to the blue line, the 49 bus running north/south, and being within walking distance of the Illinois Medical District. I would highly recommend staying here!
