Friendly, amiable, fair, reliable... How about just plain nice and that's just for starters! Ray and Robin were fantastic hosts. I have had the opportunity to rent different homes over the last several years and these wonderful folks could not have been more attentive and a pleasure to work with throughout my rental period. The original rental agreement was for three months, and Ray allowed me to extend a month at a time for the next six months. This was certainly very gracious of him to do given the very desirable home he was offering. If there was ever an issue, and it was rare, Ray would be there the next day to address the problem. Regardless of what issue it might have been. Also, Ray was very engaging. Always keeping me informed of different things that were going on in the Jacksonville Beach Atlantic Beach area. If there was a way to score more than five stars, I would certainly give Ray and Robin 5+ stars no problem at all.
