I had an absolutely wonderful stay here while working in Manchester. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well maintained. Everything in the unit felt high quality, from the kitchen appliances and furnishings to all the thoughtful details that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect close to Catholic Medical Center and convenient to everything I needed during my assignment. What truly made this place stand out, though, were the landlords- Lynn and Charlie. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. They regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and were always quick to help if anything came up. They treated me more like family than a tenant, which made being away from home so much easier. I would highly recommend this property to any traveling healthcare professional or anyone looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay in Manchester. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Better Landlord

I had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The apartment is clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished—everything is in good condition and clearly well cared for. Having regular weekly professional cleaning was a huge plus and made the place feel consistently comfortable and low-stress. The location is excellent, especially for healthcare workers—very close to nearby hospitals and easy to get around. Parking was never an issue with both a parking lot and street parking available. Lynn and Charlie are attentive, communicative, and genuinely care about providing a good experience. The space was peaceful, well-run, and exactly what I needed during my time here. I’d happily stay again.
