The carriage house itself is a small 1 bed 1 bath, but what makes this place so special is the location and the landlords. Two blocks away from Sloans lake is amazing, it's so easy to find the motivation to go for a run or walk even in the middle of winter because it's just so beautiful. Joanne an Faustino are incredibly kind and accommodating. When I first moved in I was worried about closet space, so they installed another rod in the closet and bought another dresser for the bedroom. They let me store stuff in their shed, and when the toilet was having issues, they had a new one installed within a week. On a personal level they are so sociable, constantly inviting me over for broncos games to cheer and party with them. Or letting me have big groups of people over for pool parties in their amazing garden. Overall living here was wonderful, and if it wasn't for me moving in with my boyfriend and looking to buy a house soon, I would've stayed so much longer!
