I stayed with Shawnal for 4 months. She was super accommodating and flexible. Particularly when I needed a two week extension on my stay. The location is close to the Courthouse Metro. Allowing easy trips to DC, Ballston, etc. Would recommend.

Comfortable and Safe Stay!

I had an amazing stay! Shawnal was a great and personable hostfriendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. The check-in process was super easy, and the home was comfortable and safe it truly felt like home. My host was clear about expectations and incredibly helpful. When she noticed the Wi-Fi signal wasnt strong in my room, she got a Wi-Fi extender, and it worked perfectly. I stayed in the master room with a private bathroom (just like the pictures), giving me plenty of privacy. She also made space for me in the pantry, fridge, and freezer for my food. Plus, there was a small fridge and coffee maker in the room, which was super convenient. I also used the living room to study and work, and I could use the balcony during the day to enjoy the beautiful view.
