Modern, very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo tastefully decorated. First floor, no stairs. Patio private with bistro set. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Laundry room. WiFi and all utilities included. Bedrooms are separated by living space, very private. I am there every other month for 1-3 days. The rest of the time you have the place to yourself with access to all living spaces except my bedroom.
Space
2 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo fully furnished. I stay here very limited as I travel extensively. You will have the place to yourself most of the time. Quaint friendly neighborhood.
Neighborhood overview
Lansdowne is a quaint one-square-borough in Delaware county but has everything you need within walking distance including the regional rail train to get you downtown in minutes. Just 5 miles to downtown City Hall and all the cultural attractions and restaurants and nightlife. Yet come home to beautiful mature tree lined streets in a semi-suburban area with conveniences of a small city.
