My wife and I are travel nurses and stayed at this property during our contract at UVM. Nadia was very professional, accommodating, flexible, easy to transact with and quick to response if you have any questions/concerns. The unit was very clean, modern appliances and furnitures, fast wifi, and has designated off street parking. The location is very convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

Downtown burlington condo

I had a great experience renting from Nadia. She is incredibly attentive, genuine, and an excellent communicator. You can truly tell that she cares about her tenants and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Any questions or issues were addressed right away, and she was always proactive and fair in resolving things. It made the entire experience stress-free and comfortable, which isnt always easy to find in a landlord. The location was also perfect for my lifestyle. a 30-second walk to the YMCA pool and gym (with awesome staff), and close walking distance to restaurants, gas, and shopping. Highly recommend Nadia for short- or long-term stays!
