Im a traveling health professional and was shown clean, finished units during my toura major factor in my decision to stay here. Upon move-in, I was placed in a completely different, unfinished unit with exposed concrete floors and ceilingsnothing like what was promised. I was shuffled through four different rooms over one weekend due to issues like incomplete construction and a broken AC. Weekend management offered a discount for the inconvenience, which was later rescinded by weekday staff. On top of everything, the WiFi went out, and hidden fees added over $300/month to my rate-none of which were disclosed upfront. Whether this is due to disorganization or deception, the result is the same: a stressful and unprofessional experience at the customers expense. If youre a traveling professional, avoid this place. It's been nothing but a costly headache.
