I loved this house! I was there for 4 months while on a locum assignment in Olympia and this house was so cozy and comfortable. Bill and Eva provide everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated, the house has plenty of natural light, and is in a wonderful neighborhood. The water is a few minutes walk from the house with a perfect view of both the Olympic mountain range and Mount Rainier on a clear day. The area is very safe and peaceful with lots of resident wildlife. The fenced back yard is secure and definitely a plus when traveling with dogs. By far though, the very best thing about this residence are Bill and Eva. Eva is so easy to work with and accommodating. She's the kindest and most thoughtful owner I've worked with so far and I felt she took great care of me. Communication was wonderful throughout my stay and I felt the price of the house was very fair.
