Quiet neighborhood located 2 miles from Canyon lake park and boat ramp. House sits on a loop street away from the traffic. Behind the house is 50 undeveloped acres so it feels like you are in the country. We live next door to this house and have lived on this street since 1983! We previously lived in this house (twice) and have built the 2 houses on either side. We are local and knowledgeable about the area.
