Townhouse is a 3-story townhouse. The bottom level is the garage, basement/laundry/storage. The middle is the main living area with the front entrance on the north side of the building. On the main level, there is a half bath, kitchen, dining, and living room. Third level is what I call the "sleeping level" with the two bedrooms and the lofted office.
