Incredibly Happy and Super Satisfied!

Ms.Diane is an incredible host. Everything was as easy as possible. The apt had everything I needed and more. It's a house extension. Nice and cozy bedroom. A smart TV in the living and bedroom. Living room has desk and couch where I was able to work, study and unwind (great addition after only staying in studios). Parkway is 3 minutes away so easy access to anywhere you're going. Always street parking right outside. Family owned grocery store down the block, and 4-5 minutes away from the chain stores. Rarely bumped into Diane, when I did she was always friendly and asked if i needed anything. Garbage was never an issue. Air Fryer, microwave, stove and fridge in the kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Big window in the bedroom for natural light, and tons of storage. The house is stocked with spices, utensils, cleaning supplies, basically everything you need. Overall, No complaints, I feel lucky I got to stay here, 10/10 recommend, I would 100% stay again.

Nice place and Wonderful communication

Diane was a wonderful host. The property had easy street parking and Diane was great about offering that I could park in the driveway to unpack and pack. She checked in when I first moved in to make sure I was comfortable and continued to make sure I was still comfortable the few times we met in passing. Easy access to the parkway however it is still far enough away you aren't able to hear it! The bed is very comfy, plenty of storage in a dresser, two side tables, and large closet as well as additional closet in the living room. There are TV's in both the living room and bedroom with Roku's. A desk in the living room I was able to do interviews at with reliable wifi. The kitchen is small without an oven, but I was able to make meals and Diane was very upfront about the size when I mentioned I liked to cook and bake.
