Seeking female short term tenants for this cute basement studio apartment with a separate entrance & garage parking. There is a sleeping/living area and a kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, air fryer, induction hot plate and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar. Natural light comes from the large window and the rooms are well lit. It's cozy, quiet, and in a fantastic location.
Awesome neighborhood in the historic old town area that's just a few blocks to CSU or to a city park and a short walk or bike ride to downtown. There is a grocery store that's walking distance from the apartment. The Poudre River Trail is located about one mile away and the trail is great for biking or walking or even bird watching.
Perfect temporary home in Fort Collins- comfortable, well-designed, and welcoming host
I stayed in Ruth’s basement studio for four months while I worked at Colorado State for a semester. The apartment is incredibly cute; well designed, with great functional space, all the amenities I needed, and very comfortable overall. The window brings in a ton of natural light, and the space was large enough for me to add a small desk and chair for a workstation. Ruth is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and I truly enjoyed staying in her home. The garage parking was a huge bonus, especially on rainy or snowy days, and the private entrance made it easy to come and go without disturbing anyone. I really enjoyed my time there and would absolutely stay again if I needed a temporary home in Fort Collins.
Great location! Very cozy!
I stayed here for a couple of months, while I transitioned back to Fort Collins. Ruth is so kind and considerate of her tenants. It was a joy staying there and leaving was a little bittersweet. The apartment itself is a decent size for a studio. I didn't feel overly cramped and even brought in a portable table for work. I would call it cozy. Comfy chair, comfy bed and a large and totally adequate kitchen, for the space, with a convection hotplate stove, air fryer, microwave, and coffee pot for appliances. Also a mini fridge to store food. I cook everything and that was a concern I had going into a fully furnished studio, where some places don't have the necessary appliances to cook, but this space was perfect and I had no issues. There's a separate entrance from the back, into the studio and the egress window was very large and allowed a lot of light in. It really didn't feel like I was a basement dweller, during my stay. :P
