This is 2 bed 1 bath which is in the lower level of my house- NOT a basement. The unit is completely private unit with its own private entrance, in-unit washer and dryer, and a shared yard. You'll be extremely close to the lightrail while still being tucked out of the way!

My family and I stayed here for several months and it was wonderful! It's a beautiful space in a convenient location. Chase was wonderful host! Our stay couldn't have been better
Loved this apartment!
I stayed here for about 5 months with my roommate on our travel assignments and absolutely loved it! It was in the perfect location with an easy commute to work being right near the highway and light rails. Very safe and quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake and the sunrise every morning! The unit itself was incredibly spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chase was such a great landlord and very responsive and always accommodating. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend it to everyone looking for apt near Seattle!

This unit was perfect! It had everything that we needed during our stay. It was spacious and clean, with lots of storage and in-unit laundry. Having the driving parking spot and easy neighborhood street parking was super convenient too! The unit is in a great location and a quiet, safe area - right by grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, the light rail, and had quick highway access. Chase was an excellent landlord and super responsive to anything that we needed. I would highly recommend this unit!
