Charming Home, Perfectly Located!

This was an absolutely perfect house for what our family needed. For five months, we called this charming bungalow home. We had just moved from out of state and were so fortunate to be able to rent a house that was so centrally located. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, stores, etc., were at our fingertips. The house itself is super cozy and we immediately felt comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of six to spread out and we never felt cramped. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. We were able to meet several of the neighbors and they were so friendly and welcoming. The landlord is an absolute gem! She was so easy to work with and genuinely concerned with our quality of stay. Such a great home all around, I can't recommend it enough.

Good place for a short term stay

We needed a place to stay with our three kids and our dog while we were in transition before moving out of state. This house had a good amount of space for all of us during the two months we were there. I also work from home, and it was nice that there was a space I could use as an office. The house had a good amount of amenities, and even though there wasn’t a fenced yard, there was a long leash in the front we could use to let the dog out. Meagan was also a responsive host and easy to communicate with. Overall I’d say this place is a good value for the money and would recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay for the short term.

Amazing Home, location and landlord!

We needed a home at the last minute for August and September. We moved here from Alaska with nothing besides or clothes. Meagan's home was perfect. It is beautiful and spacious and completely stocked with everything we needed to live comfortably for two months. Meagan is a very easy going and kind landlord. We have four kids living with us and a dog and this home was exactly what we needed. There are several parks and walking trails that we utilized daily. The location makes it very easy to get to anywhere in KC in a timely manner. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Spacious and close to everything!

This home is adorable. It's on a quiet street but still super close to downtown or anywhere fun in KC. The host is very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!
