Grateful for a Quiet, Comfortable Stay

I stayed at Jennys place for a month. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. One of the things I appreciated the most was the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Its a perfect environment for students or anyone who needs a calm space to focus, study, or just unwind. I feel lucky to stay here for my flight training and I truly appreciate the time we shared during this stay.

I had a wonderful experience living here! Jenny is an amazing landlord friendly, easy to talk to, and very down-to-earth. She truly makes you feel at home, without the usual landlord-tenant distance. Shes also incredibly clean and organized, which made the whole living experience even better. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, with a small park inside the community thats perfect for walking your dog or just enjoying some fresh air. The location is also super convenient Costco, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Walmart, and Publix are all within a 10-minute drive. Even the airport is less than 20 minutes away by car, which is great for anyone who travels frequently. I lived in this room for several months, and if I werent graduating and moving out of Florida, I honestly wouldnt want to leave. If youre considering this listing dont hesitate! Move in, and youll love it here.
