10/10 stay, beautiful & comfortable place

MIKE is the BEST landlord I've ever had in my life. From the moment we first connected he has been nothing but amazing and has made my transition to California effortless and an absolute joy. He's a true gem, as we say in New York "a REAL one" lol. The ADU is pristinely clean and brand new. It has a gorgeous marble rainfall shower that I'm going to MISS. The bed is comfortable and the closet is big. There's also a shared backyard/bbq which is amazinggg to soak up the California sunshine. You will make friends with his cute little dog Snow! The most lovable girl. The neighborhood is great, neighbors are friendly. Only 10-15 minutes from the beach and downtown Oceanside, gyms, grocery stores, workout studios- everything you possibly want or need. I truly loved my time here and I wish I didn't have to leave! I can't thank Mike enough for being such a gem of a human and providing such a safe, comfortable & beautiful space.
