Secluded Studio with Private Entrance, Covered Patio and Woodland Views

10/10 Excellent Stay

I had a great experience staying here. Sarah and Andrew were excellent landlords - communication was always clear and consistent, and they were incredibly accommodating and generous throughout my stay. The apartment was very well maintained and had a true hotel-like experience, with all the essentials ready to go. The furnishings were excellent, especially the fully stocked kitchen with a great variety of cookware and utensils. The countertop stove was also fantastic and honestly worked better than many full-sized stoves I've used. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped, and stress-free place to stay, and I'd happily recommend it!

Comfy studio

I lived in this studio apartment and loved it.The landlords, Sarah and Andrew, are incredibly nice and caring. They are highly attentive to every need. They handle any request quickly and smoothly.The apartment space itself is wonderful. It is located in a very safe neighborhood. The area is quiet, peaceful, and secure.The next tenants will love renting this space. It truly feels like home. I highly recommend it!

Great Stay!

Although technically a basement apartment, it never felt like it because of the patio, woodland view, big windows, and great deal of natural light. The space is just as advertised with really good quality furnishings/home goods. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, I was able to easily meal prep for my work week and even bake! The two in one ac/heater worked quietly and quickly. The convenience of having in-suite laundry is unmatched. Storage is plenty with a full sized closet and shelving in the storage room adjacent to the unit. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe and less than 10min drive to grocery stores/shopping. A and S and their adorable and respectful children were welcoming and accommodating since day one. Thank you H family for a wonderful stay!
