Great spot. Great landlord.

This was a great place to explore Portland from. I would walk along the riverwalk with my dog every morning and every evening to either Fields Park or Tom McCall Waterfront. Both are only half a mile away and super lively, friendly places to hang out. On Saturdays, the waterfront has a great outdoor market. Having a bike provided was also so nice as everything is within biking distance in the city and it's honestly just as fast to bike as it is to drive and park most places. It's also centrally located next to the train station and light rail system. Zaira was a very helpful landlord and was very responsive. She provided everything you could want and made the space very homey. I work from home and having 2 WFH stations provided made working here extremely easy. Also, having the pool right outside was something I didn't anticipate taking advantage of, but I used the hot tub multiple times a week. I would come back here in an instant if I ever get the chance to stay in Portland again.

We enjoyed staying at this condo, it was perfect for us and our small dog. The condo was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the little touches the landlord had out. Loved the faux fur rug in the bedroom. It was fun to be poolside and sat out most evenings on the balcony. Being on ground level and having the river walk right there with the dog was an added bonus. The location is perfect within walking distance of groceries and so many good restaurants!
