Best Landlord!!
Springfield is not the nicest place you will ever live. But this house is one of my favorites as a travel nurse. It has so much character with all of the old wood and brick and yet it feels so welcoming. The landlord is incredible, very responsive, and anything I have needed or asked about she has quickly responded to. There is a guaranteed parking space which is super helpful! And she has talked about getting an Amazon delivery box as well which would also make things easier. The landlord is accommodating & actually cares & doesn't try to gut us for all the money. The rent is more than reasonable and this place has everything you need! There isn't really an outdoor area to hangout, but there is heating and cooling inside as well as wifi. The kitchen & living room areas are very nice & the washer & dryer in the basement work great! My drive to work is like 6-7 min. Again, Springfield isn't that nice in general. But if I'm going to work here, this is where I'd want to live.
