Well maintained ,very clean , nice gated community and high end neighborhood . House is over 2000 square feet and has a large screened in patio overlooking lake.The community has various amenities. It has a swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis courts and ample parking.

I took over the room to rent beginning of February/ 2026, and stayed x 3 months. Very nice large room with a lot of closet storage and large TV in my bedroom. Private bathroom right beside my bedroom which was great. Very nice home and very hospitable couple ( Jim and his wife). Was given access to whole house, pool, and private driveway for my personal vehicle, plus storage in garage for my bike. Use of fridge/ freezer for storage of food I made for work. Also, forgot to mention, there is a small bar fridge in the room for water, drinks , etc. Very respectful couple and definitely would rent there again if need arose.
